Our Policies


We work with Royal Mail to fulfil all our orders.
We use Royal Mail’s international zones to calculate our rates.

Due to the nature of our pieces, all shipments require a signature upon delivery.
We will ship pieces that are in stock within 3 working days.
Tracking numbers are available upon request.

If you have any information or requests that are pertinent to delivery,
let us know at the checkout and we will happily accommodate your needs.



Jewellery is a very personal product.
It’s not always possible to get it right first time, especially when buying online.
We would always rather a piece come back to us than be unwanted or unworn.

We are happy to refund any piece that is returned in it’s original condition,
as long as you let us know by 30 days after delivery.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover return shipping on our products.

We recommend using recorded delivery for returns,
as we cannot accept responsibility for products lost in transit.
